Tomboy Fashion: An Aussie Brand You Should Know

The Aussies have got it going on. Here's one clothing line that will have you styling like you're from down under.

Zanerobe, which is described as “progressive streetwear.” Zanerobe was listed on Complex  magazine’s “10 Brands that are About to Blow Up.” Here is a look book shot of the sexy.

And just a heads up: Some of their pants are elastic around the waist, a trend that we are seeing right now so don’t freak out totally. Elastic waist just means you can freely gain weight and lose weight (just kidding! Keep fit says the FG10 team!! :)

Juicy Couture founders talk fashion passion

EN Fashion - Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash Taylor believe passion is a must to succeed.

The two designers are the brains behind Juicy Couture and started the multimillion dollar company with just $200 in 1997. They sold it in 2003 for $250 million.

Far from becoming complacent with fashion and style, Gela enthuses that drive and an infatuation with what you do is a must for any budding business.

"Looking at it like your job is to solve problems when you walk in the door every day, even if it's a hem or a stitch or a seam leaving a hole in something," Gela revealed to Teen Vogue. "When I looked at it like that, I thought, 'Oh, I can do this.' Ultimately though, it all comes down to having a passion for what you do.
"We were born to make clothes! We could have retired and ridden off into the sunset, but this is what we love."

"We are two freaks obsessed with making clothes," laughed Pamela.

#GIRLBOSS, the most motivational fashion book to read this year

It's not a memoir, nor a business book, but Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso's #GIRLBOSS is a compellingly motivational read

It's hard to summarise Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso's #GIRLBOSS; part-biography and part self-empowerment manual, at the beginning she writes what it clearly isn't: "This book will not teach you how to get rich quick, break into the fashion industry, or start a business. It is neither a feminist manifesto or a memoir."

What the book is filled with is a mix of candid anecdotes, some that Amoruso is less than proud of - such as when she regularly shoplifted, to unapologetic tales of the time a team member purchased eye-wateringly expensive office chairs, which she then tasked someone with selling on Craiglist, the US equivalent of Gumtree.

If you're not familiar with Amoruso, then she can be best described as the accidental founder and CEO of a $100 million-plus fashion e-tailer which employs around 350 staff in its cool Los Angeles head office. Oh, and that she only just turned 30.

#GIRLBOSS isn't full of annoying hashtags as the title might suggest. Far from it - instead, it is Amoruso's tale of how she transitioned from a part-time vintage seller on eBay to becoming the head of one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States. What's endearing about the San Francisco-raised character is how she's been forced to adapt to her new-found 'fame' as, afterall, she admits to starting an eBay business so that she wouldn't have to talk to members of the public.

Alexander Wang Is Bringing Back An 'SNL' Favorite For His Latest Fashion Ad

As one of "Saturday Night Live's" favorite characters used to say: “You can’t have-a-da-Mango!”

But as it turns out -- now you can. On June 3, Mango, better known as SNL's sketch character brought to life by Chris Kattan, teams up with Alexander Wang for his latest collection, T by Alexander Wang. In the 26-second short below, you can see familiar hints of Mango's signature look (pink top, gold shorts, beret) while taking in all of Mango's sass.

When asked by Style.com about the reasoning behind the partnership with the "SNL" superstar, Wang explained, “Sometimes when fashion becomes too stiff, it’s great to have someone such as Mango come through and inject a new burst of energy. Having fun and a sense of humor is so important to me that when I’m able to incorporate it into my work, I run with it.”

Rachel Zoe Talks Summer Fashion Trends

Rachel Zoe is used to having a lot on her plate between her career and being a mom to young sons Skyler and Kaius.

One of her latest endeavors? She's partnering with Jockey's Skimmies slipshorts. Pro tip: Be sure to check out their Facebook page for a chance to win weekly prizes.

But between all of her gigs, she still manages to look perfectly polished and put together, always. So in our exclusive sit-down with the stylist, we of course had to ask her which trends she's loving for summer.

But beyond clothes and makeup, Rachel explained it's really about the attitude you exude. "To be honest, it's all about confidence," she said. "When you look better, you feel better and smile more. Trust me, it goes a long way."
