Sarah Jessica Parker's face is ruined!!

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker is the latest celebrity to fall prey to heavy-handed airbrushing on the cover of Chinese 'Harper's Bazaar'.

Sarah Jessica Parker has paid a visit to the Photoshop of horrors for her latest cover appearance.

The Sex and the City actress stars on the cover of Harper's Bazaar China's March issue but appears to have had more than a little post-production work done. Her eyes are painfully piercing, cheekbones razor sharp and we're pretty sure that's not her real mouth.

Whoever did the Photoshop work was definitely watching Avatar!

Anne Hathaway: Miserable, but not mean enough

"The fact is Hathaway just isn't a natural rebel, and no amount of styling will alter that".

According to an interview in Harper's Bazaar, Anne Hathaway thinks she's too vanilla. Cue slightly bondage-y picture of our Genovian princess in a corset. She frets she's too nice. Cue picture of Miranda Priestly's long-suffering PA with a machete - actually I made that up, but she does look haughty on the cover. She's really anxious about her lack of grit, too .

Never mind the mockery, she may have a point. In a list of value-for-money actresses by Forbes, Hathaway comes in at number two, just behind Kristen Stewart (not smiley, not vanilla). On average, Hathaway's films earn $45,67 million for every dollar she's paid. Compare that with, say, Nicole Kidman, who at the peak of her career, brought in just over $1 for every dollar she was paid.

The Oscar nomination Hathaway can expect to receive for Les Mis may help make up the grit shortfall - or, at least, the performance she gives as Fantine might. The fact is Hathaway just isn't a natural rebel, and no amount of styling will alter that, just as a heap of "directional" catwalk outfits hasn't yet convinced anyone that Emma Watson is anything other than a nicely brought-up girl from the home counties.

Stella McCartney: 'women are expected to do everything'

Stella McCartney, the designer and mother-of-four, said women who juggle jobs and motherhood "are expected to do everything, which probably isn't human"

Women are "in danger of burning out" if they try to be perfect mothers and career women, according to the designer Stella McCartney.

The 41-year-old has risen to the top of her profession while raising four children with her husband, Alasdhair Willis.
McCartney said she had tried to explain women's rights to her five-year-old daughter, Bailey, and admitted that juggling work and family life was a difficult task.

"Honestly, it's not easy and it's silly to pretend that it is," she told Harper's Bazaar magazine.
"She [Bailey] really didn't understand women had to throw themselves under horses to get the vote, and I hope she doesn't ever have to understand it.

"But, at the same time, now we are expected to do everything, which probably isn't human, and we are in danger of burning out if we try to do everything."
She added: "It could flip for the next generation and slip, so I think it is important to take note of what one can and cannot do.

"I lose it sometimes. If I've had four hours' sleep because I was at something late and up early with the kids, then I am not a particularly good mum and not a particularly good colleague at work."

The daughter of Sir Paul McCartney designed the kit for Team GB at the London 2012 Games, and said she had found it one of her toughest challenges.

"I did get very involved, mentally as well as physically, and got emotionally drained. So much work went into it, more than I can imagine now," she said.

McCartney, named Designer of the Year at last night's Harper's Bazaar awards, studied at Central St Martin's and famously enlisted Naomi Campbell, Yasmin Le Bon and Kate Moss for her graduate fashion show.

Gary Oldman In "modeling" Love for Prada

British actor Gary Oldman reveals why modelling for Miuccia Prada wasn't just for his sole benefit.

Back in January, British actor Gary Oldman played what is arguably his most unexpected role to date: a high-end fashion model. Along with highly-respected 'colleagues' Willem Dafoe, Tim Roth and Jamie Bell, Oldman, 54, cut a dash as he stepped out on to the Prada catwalk during Milan Men's Fashion Week.
"It was a gas, mainly because of Mrs Prada and her team, who are meticulous and treated me royally" he reveals.

Oldman has since gone back for seconds, agreeing to front the autumn/winter 2012 menswear campaign with Bell, Dafoe and Garrett Hedlund under the expert lens of fashion photographer David Sims

But the mustachioed actor lets slip that he had ulterior motives for working with Miuccia Prada and her team.

"My youngest, Charlie, wants to be a designer, so he's been lucky to meet Miuccia and be hanging out with the right people."
