Beyoncé Introducing Midnight Heat

 After the worldwide success of her best-selling fragrance, Heat, which debuted in 2009, Beyoncé introduces Midnight Heat, the third addition to her iconic fragrance collection.  It will be available in department stores and perfumeries worldwide this October.

The new fragrance is a tempting, sexy scent, created in collaboration with notable perfumer Olivier Gillotin of Givaudan.

"I created Midnight Heat because I wanted to introduce the ultimate evening scent – a sultry, sensual fragrance," says Beyoncé.

For Beyoncé, fragrance is an accessory as essential to highlighting your inner radiance, confidence and sex appeal as a perfect dress, glossy lipstick, a beautiful piece of jewelry or pair of stilettos.  Midnight Heat is the ultimate evening scent, sensual and enticing with just a hint of mystery.

The fragrance features the exotic Purple Mokara Orchid at its heart. The star-shaped flower, a longtime symbol of love, beauty and strength, emits a rich, velvety aroma that continually reveals itself on the skin.

The fruity floral gourmand opens with juicy top notes of Dragonfruit, Starfruit and Armenian Plum. The heart is a vivid floral bouquet built upon the Purple Mokara Orchid, Queen of the Night Black Tulip and Purple Peony. Finally, the base seduces the senses with Warm Amber, Patchouli and Sandalwood.  

Midnight Heat’ design is a modern classic.  The vintage-inspired glass flacon features a smoldering ombre effect, blooming from a deep violet hue to a sheer lilac. The statuesque bottle mimics a woman’s curve, a feminine and graceful tribute to the woman who created it.  The top of the bottle is wrapped in a silver band, inscribed with Beyoncé’s name and finished with a purple-tinted cap featuring her initial, “B.”

 Legendary photographer Terry Richardson shot the advertising campaign for  Midnight Heat.   Set atop one of New York’s most fashionable rooftops (The Standard Hotel), Beyoncé takes center stage in a purple, one-shouldered House of Deréon minidress. The image accentuates Beyoncé’s radiant beauty and effortless sensuality.

A simple cylindrical shape with deep-cut vertical glass facets, the Glowing by JLo bottle was inspired by the beauty and the lines of Baccarat crystal. The crystal lines create the perfect backdrop for an innovative dance of reflective lights: When the atomizer is pressed, the bottle beautifully illuminates for 15 seconds.

The Glowing by JLo carton is a shiny silver box with hits of a nude wash of color on all sides. The blind debossing pattern of the new JLo logo brings texture to the carton and an image of the illuminated bottle appears on the back panel. The Glowing by JLo logo is stamped in a deep purple.
