Winter hurry need to wear Jackets & Coats! Celebs are prepared for the Winter and they look good. Two people in particular Olivia Palermo and Blake Lively are roaming the streets looking geared up for Winter and we cant keep our eyes off! As for Lady Gaga she just needs to stop going out, Not sure what Paris Hilton was thinking with the smileys they aren't working!
