Bad news is always best offset with some good news, so here it goes: Chanel's show-stealing, oversized hula hoop bag (below) will not be rolling its way into your local boutique, but its diminutive little sister will.
With a diameter of 24 cms, Chanel's iconic quilted bag nestles between two leather-bound hoops, and will carry a price tag of around £1,500, according to Refinery 29 .
Sadly, the large style which creative director Karl Lagerfeld revealed was for the beach - "You need space for the beach towel, huh?
