KAGE'S LIMITED ARTSY T-SHIRT!
Arwa and Basma have long shared a passion for art –
Arwa having done a courses at London’s most prestigious and renowned art school, Central Saint Martins and Basma having lived in the art capital of the world, Paris – and have recently made a decision to take their label into a more creative direction.
To celebrate their new endeavour, the designers have collaborated with Dubai based fashion illustrator Lama Khatib Daniel.
This partnership is a match made in sartorial heaven, as Lama’s ethereal and romantic representation of two young women perfectly mirrors the archetypal and modern KAGE girl; understated, elegant and playful.
Growing up between Kuwait and Jordan, Lama discovered her artistic talent at an early age, even earning extra pocket money selling her early portraits whilst she was still at school. The self-taught artist has been living in Dubai for the past 12 years and after pursuing her artistic passions, working in various different creative fields, she has now established herself as a freelance art creator, illustrator and graphic designer.
This limited edition and exclusive t-shirt collection will be sold in Dubai during a limited period of of time and a percentage of the proceeds from sales will go to a worthwhile local based charity
