3 hours before iftar (breaking Fast) the kitchen was on speed mode! almost felt like i was in military camp at how organized and synchronized everything was! Soups ready! samboosak ready to fry! The lamb was cooking outside and there was the kunafa in the oven and so much more!
trying to get things organized the smell of the food was something else! from the incredible spices to the mouth watering sweets!
