To celebrate the romantic and whimsical vibes brought by the month of February, Amanda Gedeon of BOW and Alanoud Badr of Lady Fozaza are proud to announce their exclusive Valentine’s Day collaboration.

Produced by Capital D studios and shot at the Botanical garden of Dubai’s prestigious Raffles Hotel, the campaign captures the essence of Valentine’s day. Paired with shimmery silver sequins, denim cut-offs, white lace and an embroidered corset, the ‘V’ blazer gives a modern and playful vibe to a tradition that dates back centuries.

The design of the ‘V’ blazer embraces Lady Fozaza’s strong structural aesthetic, but her signature shoulder pads and spiked detailing are replaced with the femininity and sensuality that Amanda is known to incorporate in the fresh and flirty collections of BOW.

The limited edition piece is made from a delicate nude coloured crepe satin, and is lined with beautiful white butter crepe. Dramatic cut-outs are creatively positioned below the shoulders of the sleeves, and the back of the blazer features a pink heart-shaped cut-out. The design takes the form of the trendy boyfriend blazer—a style that was repeatedly revealed on SS2012 runways.

and ive found mine in the WILD collection of the Berlin -based artist Ansel Rele.

From the exhibition Christian Dior & Chinese Artists, held at the UCCA in Beijing in 2008, to the Inspiration Dior exhibition in 2011 at the Pushkin Museum in Moscow, which juxtaposed a dialogue between art and Haute Couture, the House of Dior is proud to announce a unique collaboration with Berlin-based artist Anselm Reyle.

Anselm Reyle immersed himself in the heart of Dior and was given carte blanche to create a collection of accessories. The artist played with colours, shaking up the codes of the mythical Avenue Montaigne Couture House, which offered all its savoir-faire to serve his imagination.

The LAdyFozaza BOLD movement has begun

with a Campaign coming out soon!

So with the Bold shoulders making its way into the Fashion world.. with Amazing leading desginers like Balmain and Alexander McQueen .... i can safely say that the shoulders have become a statement piece and not a trend.. they are here to stay and for good! mind you they wont be as NUTS at times but the shoulders found its way like jeans into the fashion world with a SOLID following like Beyonce, Rihanna and LAdyGaga..

i've been personally fascinated with shoulders for a while which led me to the LadyFozaza Collection and soon onto other very BOLD moves... so stay tuned.. but for now lets welcome another movement slowly coming our way.. our neck lines seem to be getting a tad bit jealous of our shoulders with some serious action ... from our average peter pan collars made popular by Alexa Chung to some serious Fierce collars that i for one can relate to more.. i've never wanted to turn this blog personal but lately ive had the urge to not only be personal

but to be SOO REAL its gona feel like ur almost looking in the mirror...

I only hope more people would take that risk with each other and stop hiding behind their fears of being exposed or jinxed or or or .... the list goes on!

i think we can all learn a few things from each other if we learn to LOVE one another more or at least be honest...
